For over a decade now I’ve been fantasy artist and award-winning comic book author / illustrator along side my day job as website designer & developer. I’ve always been good at capturing a person’s likeness and when I came across the concept of live event illustrations it felt like a career match made in heaven.

To me, portrait illustration isn’t about precision, but capturing the beauty I see in someone, their attitude or vibe. When I nail that, people feel seen in a really special way. The joy I feel when someone reacts with surprise and delight as I reveal their portrait for the first time is hard to describe.
